Accomodations
*Our One
Bedroom Deluxe Cabins & Villas are recommended for up to
6 adults but could sleep up to 8 people if you bring
your own Aerobed
or sleeping bag. Each cabin comes with
One King Size Bed,
One Queen Murphy Bed, and One Queen Size
Sofa-Sleeper.
However, for maximum comfort, we
recommend only 6 people stay in a One Bedroom.
*Our One Bedroom Honeymoon Cabin
is Mt. Monarch. It does not have a
Murphy Bed. We recommend a maximum of
2 adults for Mt. Monarch, but it will hold
up to 4 people if you use the Queen Sofa Sleeper – and 6 people
(2 adults & 4 kids) if you bring an Aerobed or sleeping bags, but it is CRAMPED.
We do NOT recommend that two different
families share the stay in Mt. Monarch.
Mt. Monarch looks different than our other
cabins, pictures are at the bottom of this website.
Our Two Bedroom Deluxe Villas
are recommended for up to 10 adults but could sleep up to 12 people if you
bring
your own Aerobed
or sleeping bag. Each cabin comes with
One King Size Bed,
Two Queen Size Beds, One Queen Size
Murphy Bed, and One Queen Size Sofa-Sleeper.
These units have one large bathroom.
Again, for maximum comfort, we recommend
only 10 people stay in a Two Bedroom.
NOTE:
The above occupancy levels are maximum levels. If we agree to allow more than
the maximum amount to stay in the
cabins, we may need to add an additional laundry charge
if we have to issue additional towels,
sheets, etc
as our prices are based on the above occupancy
levels.
Bring Fido!
Yes, bring your dog! All of our cabins accepts pets.
For obvious reasons we do not allow you to
leave your pets alone inside the cabin at any time…
Please take your dog with you or bring a
cage to put your pet inside. We have a
limited
number of cages available with advanced
notice – first come, first served.
We do not have weight limits on dogs.
You are responsible for any damage you or
your pet cause,
but we don’t add on a surcharge or
require a special deposit.
You must keep them on a leash at all times
outside your cabin.
Remember, we are in the mountains, and a
small dog off a leash
could result in a meal for a wild animal.
So bring Fido,
just don’t let him drive… J

NOTE:
We’re not for everyone.
If you truly enjoy BEING in the
mountains and having somewhere to walk and get lost in your thoughts; not
feeling cramped when you go into your room at night; enjoy sitting on couches,
loveseats, chairs or even on your own front porch when talking to others in
your party instead of just a bed of a normal hotel room, then we may be right
for you. Even though we may save you
money if you have a large party, there are budget places in town without any
frills. We enjoy it when our guests
tell us that they love it here, and they most always do.

Cabin Descriptions:
Mt. Antero:
One Bedroom Cabin that has a King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size Murphy Bed,
& 1 Queen Size Sofa Sleeper. If
necessary, you may bring an Aerobed that can be blown
up and put on the floor. We recommend
only 6 people for this cabin, but it does have a maximum rating of 8
people. 1 Bathroom. All of the interior shots on our website
were taken from inside this cabin. It
is our third closest cabin to the river and you can hear the water easily at
night with the windows open. It is near
the WiFi station.
Mt. Harvard:
One Bedroom Cabin that has a King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size Murphy Bed,
& 1 Queen Size Sofa Sleeper. If
necessary, you may bring an Aerobed that can be blown
up and put on the floor. We recommend
only 6 people for this cabin, but it does have a maximum rating of 8
people. 1 Bathroom. This cabin is 50 ft away from where the WiFi system is located, and although our map doesn’t
show it – it is our second nearest cabin to the river.
Mt. Princeton:
One Bedroom Cabin that has a King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size Murphy Bed,
& 1 Queen Size Sofa Sleeper. If
necessary, you may bring an Aerobed that can be blown
up and put on the floor. We recommend
only 6 people for this cabin, but it does have a maximum rating of 8
people. 1 Bathroom. This cabin has a brook within 5 ft of the
Hot Tub outside the back door. It also
has the easiest parking as you park right beside this cabin. It is near the WiFi
station.
Mt. Shavano:
One Bedroom Cabin that has a King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size Murphy Bed,
& 1 Queen Size Sofa Sleeper. If
necessary, you may bring an Aerobed that can be blown
up and put on the floor. We recommend
only 6 people for this cabin, but it does have a maximum rating of 8 people. 1 Bathroom. This cabin has the best view of the river
(when it isn’t frozen), as it is only 50 feet away from the waters
edge. This is our most popular cabin in
the Spring-Summer-Fall, it is usually the first to get booked. It is a cabin WE DO NOT RECOMMEND in the
winter unless you have a 4x4 as it has its own driveway which stays
slippery.
Mt. Yale:
One Bedroom Cabin that has a King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size Murphy Bed,
& 1 Queen Size Sofa Sleeper. If necessary,
you may bring an Aerobed that can be blown up and put
on the floor. We recommend only 6
people for this cabin, but it does have a maximum rating of 8 people. 1 Bathroom. This cabin is where one of our WiFi systems are located, so if you want strong internet
connection, this is the cabin for you!
Mt. Massive:
One Bedroom Cabin Villa that has a King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size Murphy
Bed, & 1 Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
If necessary, you may bring an Aerobed that
can be blown up and put on the floor.
We recommend only 6 people for this cabin, but it does have a maximum
rating of 8 people. 1 Bathroom. This cabin has the best view of the
Mountains of all of our cabins. This
cabin has weak WiFi connection.
Mt. Monarch:
One Bedroom Cabin that was designed for TWO people, somewhat like a
Honeymoon Suite. It is our best priced
cabin. It is across the river from all
of the other cabins and has a completely different type of building than what
is on our website. It is designed to be
secluded, and it is. Although
our map may show that is located right beside the river – it is not. It is about 150’ away from the
river. Again, this cabin is designed
for PRIVACY & is the only building on a cul-de-sac. It has a King Size Bed and a Queen Size
Sofa Sleeper. We DO NOT RECOMMEND more
than one family in this cabin as you must go through the Master Bedroom to get
to the bathroom. This cabin also has a
built-in Dishwasher & a Glass Front Gas Fireplace Stove where the other
cabins do not. We do not recommend more
than 4 people for this cabin, and suggest that they should all be part of the
same family. This cabin is where one of
our WiFi systems are located, so if you want strong
internet connection, this is the cabin for you! Pictures can be seen at the bottom of this
website.
Mt. Elbert:
Two Bedroom Cabin Villa that has a King Size Bed, 2 Queen Size Beds, 1
Queen Size Murphy Bed (pulls down from a wall), & 1 Queen Size Sofa
Sleeper. If necessary, you may bring an
Aerobed that can be blown up and put on the
floor. We recommend only 10 people for
this cabin, but it has a maximum rating of 12 people. 1 Bathroom.
This cabin is where one of our WiFi systems
are located, so if you want strong internet connection, this is the cabin for
you!
Mt. Oxford:
Two Bedroom Cabin Villa that has a King Size Bed, 2 Queen Size Beds, 1
Queen Size Murphy Bed, & 1 Queen Size Sofa Sleeper. If necessary, you may bring an Aerobed that can be blown up and put on the floor. We recommend only 10 people for this cabin,
but it has a maximum rating of 12 people.
1 Bathroom. This cabin sits next
to Mt. Elbert, which is where one of our WiFi systems
is located. Good WIFI connection.
(NOTE:
We normally require a two-night minimum.
Please ASK if we can wave it, sometimes we
can if it is not during a busy time of the year
but normally an additional cleaning charge
of $25 will be assessed.)
